Manage daily performance metrics, keeping a close eye on CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and engagement rates to maximize results.
Turn Data into Strategy
Dive deep into analytics platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, LinkedIn Analytics, and HubSpot to extract insights.
Continuously test, learn, and apply findings to refine targeting, messaging, and budget allocation.
Own Reporting & Insights
Build clear, actionable dashboards and reports for the leadership team.
Translate complex data into simple narratives and next steps, driving alignment across teams.
Stay Ahead of Trends
Research competitors and industry benchmarks to inform digital strategies.
Experiment with emerging platforms and trends to keep the brand at the cutting edge.
Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with content creators, designers, and the sales team to ensure integrated campaigns.
Support lead generation and nurturing strategies, aligning digital efforts with business growth goals.
Skills Required
2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in a tech or consulting environment.
Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and SEMrush.
Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing analytics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful action.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
A self-starter mindset with curiosity and eagerness to experiment and learn.
